Here is our criteria for a bulk order:

Six or more tablecloths.
Five dozen or more napkins.
Three dozen or more placemats.
Six or more pieces of skirting.
Twenty five or more yards of fabric.
Twenty five or more runners.
Bulk quantity must be of the same fabric and color in order to be discounted.

Bulk orders are non-returnable and will be charged actual shipping.

We offer bulk tablecloths pricing to anyone who needs to order a larger quantity. Most of our customers who order larger quantities are restaurants, bars, hotels, catering, companies, rental companies, bed and breakfasts, inns, motels, military establishments, government entities, resorts, residential communities, retirement facilities, banquet halls, and other businesses. When you contact, please have your table measurements length, and with, plus your desired drop, and quantities needed. It is also helpful for you to look at all the fabrics we offer and narrow down the fabrics that interest you. If color and texture is important to you, it is very good insurance on your part to pre-order swatches since our bulk orders are not returnable. You can order swatches from each fabrics webpage and they are very inexpensive. Once you do place your order, we will reimburse you up to $5.00 on your swatch purchase.
